Pricing questions
Which plan should I pick?
Most shops choose the monthly plan because hosting, updates, and support are included with no upfront cost. The one-time build suits owners who prefer to pay once and add hosting later.
Is there a contract on the monthly plan?
No long-term contract. Cancel anytime through your Stripe billing portal. Your site stays live through the end of your billing period.
When do I pay?
Payment is collected at sign-up through Stripe. We start your build once your account is created and onboarding details are submitted.
Are there setup fees?
No. The price you see covers the custom build, dashboard, and booking setup. Domain registration is separate if you need a new domain.
What happens if I cancel?
On the monthly plan, your site goes offline at the end of your billing cycle unless you switch to the hosting add-on. One-time build clients keep their site while hosting is active.
